TCP Talent may not be for you, re-evaluate if your agent is really working for you.
Any 'good agent' will want you to have as many opportunities as possible. It's good for you
and your agent in the long-term. Simply forward any leads you find by researching through our
resources onto your agent, and they will call on your behalf. You ultimately help your agent by
looking for the work with them, "as a team".
Your agents information can also be listed on your resume.

If you were unemployed and went to a Job Center where they look for work, would you simply
stop there and with one resume and go home and wait? Or would you do that first, and then

There is often a misconception that talent agencies constantly seek work for you once a resume
and headshot have been submitted. In truth, they only hold onto those until a production
company acquires a specific role. Unless you fit the description of the role exactly, you will often
be overlooked and opportunities may be missed. However, most agencies already have a good
relationship with local casting directors. It would still be in your best interest to have an agent, because it is their job to know what is going on with current film productions/events.
