At The Tap our philosophy is to make sure that we offer our customers
a fun relaxed atmosphere along with friendly fast service and a
eclectic menu that is extensive, allowing everyone to enjoy their
stay.
Restaurant Manager Paul Chesters' expertise and his resources, including
the bartenders and service staff have made it quite easy for us
to put forth that philosophy.
With Head Chef Mark Deeley and his tremendous team of chefs, cooks
and kitchen staff always working at preparing the next great dish,
The Tap is a great place to enjoy a meal.
We use only 100% Canadian Beef, all of our soups are homemade. We
use all Fresh Garden vegetables and most of our menu items are homemade
from scratch, Using only top quality fresh ingredients. Some of
these Fantastic Dishes include; Crab Stuffed Shrimp, Chicken Cordon
Bleu, both of our lasagnas and many others.
Whether it is just the two of you, the whole gang, a corporate affair
or luncheon, company social or any other event, The Tap is your
place to be when you want good food, great fun and to feel like
your at home.

BREWERY"
Our brewery is built right above of the bar making
it a central part of the decor at the Tap. Allowing our customers
to watch the brewing process, and being able to use the effects
of the open brewery has truly added to the atmosphere of the restaurant.
Brewing with only the finest malt barley, hops, and pure water -
Triple Cold Filter! and Using the latest 'state of the art' brewing
equipment are only two factors in Our Great Beer.
Jeff Folk our brewmaster is the other. Jeff has proven in a short
time he
can make the beer. The popularity of several of our in-house brands
is a
testament to that fact.
All of our Tap brand beers are available in 2L bottles in The Tap
Cold Beer, Wine And Liquor Store.
So whether you want to stop in for a meal and a pint at our Restaurant
or pick a bottle up at our store try out one of great beers today.
