Brewsters Brewing
Company and Restaurant was established in 1989 in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Currently, Brewsters operates three locations in Regina, five in
Calgary and four in Edmonton, thus making it Canada’s largest
Brewpub and Restaurant group.
What is a "Brew Pub"? Well, simply put, a Brew Pub is
a small-scale brewery committed to brewing high quality handcrafted
beer on premise within a licensed pub and restaurant.
At any given time, Brewsters features twelve premium
house beers selected from our extensive recipe book of ales, lagers,
and seasonal brews. The prime objective of Brewsters is to provide
a genuine alternative for beer lovers who want to sample different
styles of beer while enjoying our extensive menu designed to compliment
our handcrafted beers.
From handcrafted burgers to ginger beef salad, cedar
plank salmon to chicken strips, Brewsters has something for everyone
with an appetite for great food. Although Regina's three locations
offer similar menus, there is enough variance to make a visit
to each location a unique experience. The chefs use their individual
creativity to present dishes that can only be found at that particular
location. The same applies to the decor ... every location has
its own unique atmosphere.
